Injustice 2 is a fighting video game based upon the DC Universe developed by NetherRealm Studios and published by Warner Bros, where you can experience action-packed fighting with customizable DC superheroes and villains. 

Gameplay 

In Injustice 2 game, players compete in one-on-one combat using characters from the DC Universe and other third-party franchises. The game allows players to perform basic attacks, special moves, and combos to try to harm and knock out their opponent. The environment interaction, stage transitions, clashes, and character traits of the game are similar to Injustice: Gods Among Us.

The gameplay is pretty simple. There are features like the Super Meter that allows players to execute enhanced special moves or evasive Forward Roll, which provides a way to overcome enemy keep-away tactics, or an Air Recovery, which lets characters escape an opponent's combo early, etc.

This game also introduces a loot-dropping system, known as the "Gear System", which offers character-specific costume pieces and equipment with status-altering effects. Players can obtain additional bonuses by equipping their characters with all five pieces of a single gear set. The gear comes in three varieties: equipment, shaders, and abilities.

Plot

The plot of the Injustice 2 start after the Justice League's Superman had defeated the One Earth Regime's High Councillor Superman. Since then Batman and his Insurgency have been working to piece back together with the world. But the task is not easy as there are still remnants of the Regime and also, they have to fight with a new villain group called "The Society," and the arrival of Brainiac.

Playable characters

There is a total of 28 base game characters and 10 DLC (able content) characters in Injustice 2 Android game. The Darkseid was a Pre-Order bonus and later made available as standalone DLC from the Fighter Packs, where you will find 16 new playable characters, with 13 returning characters from the previous installment.
